Eligibility Criteria
Any Establishment having a minimum of 10 lettable rooms and holding a valid Boarding & Lodging House License issued by the Local Municipal Authority and License to use the premises as a place of public entertainment by the Local Police Authority is eligible for Hotel Membership.
Documents Required
- Demand Draft in favour of HRATS payable at Hyderabad towards Entrance fee, Subscription etc as detailed in the application form.
- A Photocopy of the current Municipal Corporation License of your establishment issued for Boarding & Lodging. If the License is issued in the Local language, copy of a duly notarised English Translation to be enclosed.
- Printed Room Tariff Leaflet & Original Menu Card of the Restaurant in the Hotel – 2 nos.
- HRATS Membership Discount Card form duly filled in with two stamp sized Photographs with names of their nominees on the reverse of their photographs.
- Copy of certificate of Star Classification of Hotel, if classified
- Brochure and CD of the Hotel / Restaurant
Eligibility Criteria
Any Establishment having a minimum of 25 covers and holding an Eating House or Restaurant License issued by the Local Municipal Authority is eligible for Restaurant Membership.

- Demand Draft in favour of HRATS payable at Hyderabad towards Entrance fee, Subscription etc as detailed in the application form.
- A Photocopy of the current Municipal Corporation License of your establishment. If the License is issued in the Local language, copy of a duly notarised English Translation to be enclosed.
- Original Menu Card of the Restaurant – 2 nos.
- HRATS Membership Discount Card form duly filled in with two stamp sized Photographs with names of their nominees on the reverse of their photographs.
- Brochure and CD of the Restaurant
Eligibility Criteria
Any Establishment rendering services to Hotels / Restaurants such as Travel Agencies, Carriers, Suppliers, Caterers, Consultants, Training Institutes and Catering Educational Institutions are eligible for Associate / Affiliate Membership.

- Demand Draft in favour of HRATS payable at Hyderabad towards Entrance fee, Subscription etc as detailed in the application form.
- Copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association/Registration Certificate of Company,whichever is applicable.
